"Over my career, I witnessed, all too often, anxious patients and parents walk away from doctors' offices confused, unprepared and ill-informed for their journey ahead. Contrarily, my VIP and celebrity patients appeared calm and focused having been delivered to their appointments via assistants and private drivers- they were taken care of via personal navigation.

Bozeman Medical Concierge provides this service via BMC Way-Finders™. Way-Finders are health concierges who personally assist with medical or surgical encounters via a range of services from health visit navigation to full spectrum peri-operative concierge support.​​​
Way-Finding Your Medical Journey™
BMC Way-Finders™ provide services such as medical advocacy and medical visit navigation, peri-operative provisioning and transportation, post-surgical wellness advocacy, physician liaising as well as many other support-role tasks.

Way-Finders are comprised of charismatic and compassionate current health care employees and pre-health students. This hand-picked group of stellar individuals represent the best and brightest current health professionals and future doctors, nurses and advanced practice clinicians.

For patients who don't have the income to pay our standard rates, we offer the BMC Angel Way-Finders™ program. We use the HRDC income guidelines and your household adjusted yearly gross income to determine payment for our services. Please contact us if you would like to be considered.
