Health Navigator
Maximize your understanding of your healthcare visit with our health navigators- called Way-Finders.
Way-Finders are there to help you and your loved ones better understand and remember what happened in a doctor's visit.
BMC Way-Finders will:

valet park your vehicle (on request)

walk you to your doctor's office
-
digitally record your office visit (and use this for fact-checking)

take notes during your office visit
-
ask clarifying questions of your doctor (as needed)

take digital copies of any patient handouts
-
deliver your vehicle to you from parking

distribute a one-page office visit summary (email, mail) within 24hrs to the patient and any family or friends as per the patient's wishes.
$100/hr, 1 hour minimum, prorated after 1st hour.
Require credit card on file for booking.
3% surcharge for credit card transaction.
Payment in full will be charged to credit card on file at conclusion of service.

Duration starts and stops when entering and exiting your medical appointment location (e.g., hospital lobby or private medical office front door).

Requests for specific Way-Finders will be considered. Previous booking history prioritizes booking preferences.

Door-to-Door Health Navigator
Experience the ultimate in convenience with our Door-to-Door service. Your BMC Way-Finder will transport you from a location of your choosing (home, work, etc) to your medical appointment where they will provide our Health Navigation service. Following your appointment, your Way-Finder will return you after making any essential stops along the way to obtain prescriptions, medical supplies, and the like.
Pricing varies based on distance from our home office at 1648 Ellis Street, Suite 301, Bozeman, MT, 59715 to your location (see below).
Require credit card on file for booking.
3% surcharge for credit card transaction.
Payment in full will be charged to credit card on file at conclusion of service.

BMC Angel Way-Finders
For patients who don't have the income to pay our standard rates, we offer the BMC Angel Way-Finders™ program.
We use the HRDC income guidelines and your household adjusted yearly gross income to determine your candidacy.
Please contact us if you would like to be considered.
BMC Angel Way-Finders are offered for Health Navigation and Door-to-Door Health Navigation.
Surgical Concierge Services: Transportation
Our BMC Way-Finders can make your outpatient surgical experience effortless and convenient.​
We provide one-way or round-trip transportation to/from your outpatient surgical location.
Pricing is based on the distance from our home office at 1648 Ellis Street, Suite 301, Bozeman, MT, 59715 to the furthest location.

Includes a 3-hr Post-Surgical Electronic Wellness Check: 3 hrs after drop-off, your Way-Finder will contact you via SMS first , if no response in 30 min, then via phone. If no response via phone, your emergency contact will be notified. Wellness Check status will be sent to emergency contact by default.

Pick-up before 7am or Drop off after 5pm incur a 50% surcharge to the total.

Add-Ons

Post-Operative Provisioning: $100. Your Way-Finder can drop you at home and return to your pharmacy or grocery store to pick up any last minute prescriptions or supplies. Provision costs (plus 3% surcharge) billed directly to credit card on file.

3-hr Post-Surgical Wellness Check, In-Person: $100 ($250 after 5pm). Only available in Zone 1. 3 hours after drop off, your Way-Finder will come to your home and verify your wellness via face-to-face encounter. Wellness Check status will be sent to emergency contacts by default unless otherwise specified by the patient.
